§ Dr. MawhinneyWaltham Forest has submitted to the London Implementation Group, primary health care development plans for the years 1993–94 and 1994–95. The plans contain proposals for improving Waltham Forest's244W primary care infrastructure and for developing innovative practice in primary and community care. The estimated cost of the 1993–94 and 1994–95 proposals is £5 million.
