§ Sir John CopeThe information requested is shown in the table. Figures are given in terms of grade levels which include equivalent grades, and reflects the position as at October 1993. The figures cover only non-industrial staff in post, exclude agency staff and are calculated on a head count basis with part-timers counted as one. The figures are based on the Department's ethnic origin questionnaire which drew a 93 per cent. response rate.
