§ Lord Mackay of ArdbrecknishWe remain concerned about reports of continuing repression by the Serbian authorities of ethnic Albanians in Kosovo. We and our partners are maintaining pressure on Belgrade to permit the return of the long duration missions of the Conference on Security arid Co-operation in Europe (CSCE) to Kosovo and other areas. My right honourable Friend, Mr. Hogg, is to meet Dr. Ibrahim Rugova, leader of the Democratic alliance of Kosovo, today to discuss the situation.
