To ask the Secretary of State for Health if she will make a statement on the future of University College hospital in the light of the discussion of medical research contained in "London, Making the Best Better".

§ Dr. Mawhinney
The Government's policy is not only to maintain but to enhance the quality of medical education and research. Any changes to the configuration of services within University College London hospitals will be considered with this objective in mind.
