§ Mr. Llew SmithTo ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs for which of the overseas dependency states of EU member states the Development Council has agreed to finance environmental projects.
§ Mr. Lennox-BoydThe Development Council does not discuss individual projects. No EC-financed projects concerned solely with the environment are currently under way in the EC overseas countries and territories programme, although a regional environmental project for British Caribbean dependent territories is under consideration.
