Member for Bury, South (Mr. Sumberg), of 21 April,Official Report, column 119, about the change of rules governing the shipbuilding intervention fund, which took effect from 1 April, if the grant to be paid at the maximum permitted level refers to vessels under construction on 1 April as well as those to be constructed after 1 April; and if he will make a statement.
