§ Mr. BaldryBetween the close of the inquiry and the issue, on 5 April, of my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State's decision on this planning appeal, seven letters were received from local residents confirming their opposition to the proposed development. Two of these were forwarded by the hon. Member for Bury, South (Mr. Sumberg). No representations have been received since the issue of the decision.
