To ask the Secretary of State for Wales what determination he has made in relation to the application by the Cardiff Bay development corporation for a vesting order on the Ferry road municipal refuse disposal site.

My discussions with the Cardiff Bay development corporation about their proposed acquisition of the Ferry road tip are continuing.
