To ask the President of the Board of Trade what proposals he has to reform the law relating to the operation of markets overt.

Mr. Leigh

I hope shortly to issue a consultation paper on the law relating to transfer of title. This will invite opinions on whether reform is needed to the rule of sales in market overt.
