To ask the Secretary of State for Defence if he will list those ports and airports, or portions of ports and airports, in the United Kingdom over which he has jurisdiction.

The ports in the United Kingdom that are subject to dockyard port orders and are administered by the Secretary of State for Defence are: Portsmouth, Plymouth, Pembroke Dock, Clyde—Holy Loch/Gareloch and Loch Long—Cromarty and Rosyth.

Commercial airport-type operations are conducted at the following military airfields in the United Kingdom for which the Secretary of State for Defence has authority:

  • RAF Machrihanish (Campbeltown Airport)
  • RAF Manston (Kent International Airport)
  • RAF St. Mawgan (Newquay International Airport)
  • RAF Stornoway (Stornoway Airport)
