Friend the Secretary of State passes to the Medical Advisory Committee the evidence that was available to the committee which heard the complaint, the recommendations of that committee and the reasoned decision of the family health services authority, any further information presented on appeal and where appropriate the report of the findings of the persons appointed to hold an oral hearing.
