§ Mr. PortilloDepartments are being asked to notify the Treasury on a regular basis of cases being considered, or in hand, where the total expenditure involved by the public48W and/or private sector exceeds £5 million. In addition, the Treasury expects to obtain information about other projects through its normal contacts with Departments.
