§ Mr. Lennox-BoydThe general manager-designate of the proposed development agency is an employee of the consultants, Pieda plc, who were appointed by the Overseas Development Administration to help set up the agency. Any question of references would have been for them. The general manager had previously worked in the Falkland Islands, but was not employed by the Falkland Islands Government.
