§ Mr. Douglas HoggOur priority is an early resumption of the middle east peace process. The United Kingdom was represented on a European Community troika mission to the middle east from 30 March to 2 April. The troika urged all parties to accept the co-sponsors' invitation to the next round of negotiations in Washington on 20 April.
