TaylorOur early examination of how the Government's private finance initiative might be pursued within the Lord Chancellor's Department has not identified any immediate possibilities for joint ventures, and our present leasing of equipment from the private sector falls outside the scope of the initiative. We will continue to seek the most efficient means of financing procurement and capital projects, including the possibility of private sector investment.
