356WCanada and Australia limit the number of airports which may be served in their territory. Cyprus and to a lesser extent Malta limit the airports in the United Kingdom from which charters may operate. Iceland, Israel and Russia tend not to allow charter services to operate on routes which are already served by a scheduled service.
