§ Mr. Douglas HoggUnited Nations Security Council resolution 771 calls for the submission of substantiated information about violations of international humanitarian law in the former Yugoslavia. We have so far received no information relating to any named individual.
Any substantiated information we receive will be submitted to the Security Council in line with UNSCR 771.
