§ Mr. LeighMy Department circulated a draft Specified Offences (No. 2) (Amendment) Order, to be made under the Estate Agents Act 1979, for consultation last December. We intend that implementation should coincide with that of the proposed Property Misdescriptions (Specified Matters) Order, which my hon. and noble Friend the Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for Consumer Affairs and Small Firms intends to lay before Parliament as soon as possible.
