To ask the Secretary of State for Transport when the work on the parapet rail on Bromford viaduct in Birmingham will be completed.

The Bromford viaduct parapet rail refurbishment contract on the M6 between junction 5 (Castle Bromwich) and junction 6 (Gravelly Hill) is due for completion towards the end of February 1993.
