Friend the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland in reply to a previous question on this subject by the hon. Member for Antrim, East (Mr. Beggs) International Investments Limited was registered in Gibraltar, not in the United Kingdom, and this is therefore a matter for the Gibraltar authorities, not Her Majesty's Government.
