§ Mr. CashTo ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what steps the Government will take to facilitate any inquiries into maladministration by European Community institutions in the United Kingdom which might be made by the Ombudsman of the European Parliament.
§ Mr. Garel-JonesSince the ombudsman is to enquire into maladministration by Community institutions or bodies it will be for those institutions and bodies themselves to facilitate his or her inquiries.
