To ask the Secretary of State for Transport how many people have held the position of(a) Secretary of State for Transport, (b) Minister for Public Transport, (c) Permanent Secretary and (d) Deputy Secretary for Public Transport since January 1989.

Four people have held the position of Secretary of State for Transport since January 1989. Two people have held the position of Minister of State for Public Transport since January 1989. Two people have held the position of permanent secretary and three people have held the position of deputy secretary for public transport since January 1989.
