To ask the Secretary of State for Wales what proposals he has for occupation of the space in the Crown Buildings, Cathays Park, vacated by NCM of Amsterdam.

During the two years before NCM Credit Insurance Ltd is due to vacate the Crown Building at Cathays Park, my Department will be considering future use in consultation with the Department of Environment (Property Holdings) which is ultimately responsible for re-letting the space.
