§ Mr. MatesThe reasonable costs and expenses incurred by applicants in making out and verifying their claims for criminal damage and criminal injuries compensation are payable under article 12(1) of the Criminal Damage (Compensation) (Northern Ireland) Order 1977 and article 13(1) of the Criminal Injuries (Compensation) (Northern Ireland) Order 1988.
