§ Mr. EggarRegarding the terms of reference, I refer the hon. Gentleman to the reply I gave to my hon. Friend the Member for Waveney (Mr. Porter) on 20 November at column433. Boyds commenced work on 28 October 1992 and is expected to submit its final report early in the new year. The completed report will be published and a copy will be placed in the Library.
