§ Lord James Douglas-HamiltonThe figures for households applying to housing authorities under the homeless legislation who were assessed by authorities as either homeless or potentially homeless can be found in table 1 of the Scottish Office statistical bulletin "Operation of the Homeless Persons Legislation, Scotland 1980–81–1991–92", which was published on 26 November. Copies of the bulletin have been placed in the Library.
