§ Mr. HowardThe three contracts let by my Department to the accountancy arms of firms criticised by Department of Trade and Industry inspectors in reports published since the beginning of 1990 were awarded to Coopers and Lybrand or its successor Coopers Lybrand Deloitte. The work involved was as follows:
- External audit of the Housing Corporation
- Advice on privatisation of the PSA
- External audit of the National Rivers Authority
