§ Mr. Peter LloydRecords of the number of young offenders with dyslexia are not held centrally. When young offenders are received into remand centres or young offender institutions, their educational needs are assessed. The aim is to help offenders prepare for their return to the community by providing a programme of activities including education, training and work.
