Friend the Member for Norfolk. North (Mr. Howell) on 20 March 1991, at columns 110–12. Details for 1990 and 1991 were published in June 1992 in the "Statement on the 1992 Community Budget", Cm. 1948. § Mr. Portillo[pursuant to his reply, 16 November 1992, c. 31–32]: The figure for social security benefits to the unemployed for 1984–85 should have been £6,320 million, and not £5,320 million as previously stated.
