§ Mr. MacleanDetails of the running costs and staffing of the Office of Water Services during 1991–92 are contained in the director general's "Annual Report 1991", a copy of which is in the Library. The report records that running costs for 1991–92 were £5.44 million and that at 31 March 1992 the Office of Water Services employed 132 staff.
