- Laboratory of the Government Chemist
- Meteorological Office
- Radiocommunications Agency
- Royal Mint
- Vehicle Certification Agency
- Vehicle Inspectorate

§ Mr. PortilloThe following executive agencies have had such approvals:
- Agricultural Development Advisory Service
- Her Majesty's Stationery Service
- Queen Elizabeth II Conference Centre
- Royal Mint
In addition, the Inland Revenue, as a Chancellor's department run on executive agency lines, has been given approval to introduce its own pay system.
