§ Mr. David HuntI will continue to take every possible opportunity to encourage manufacturing industry in Wales, both in respect of locally based companies arid inward investors. This will include making full use of schemes of Government financial assistance and of the wide-ranging activities of the Welsh Development Agency and Development Board for Rural Wales.
