§ Mr. YeoThe need to provide additional local authority secure places to implement the new juvenile remand arrangements in the Criminal Justice Act 1991 has been considered by a multi-agency national steering group. We are discussing with local authorities how the additional secure places identified by the group might most effectively be provided.
