§ Mr. DafisTo ask the Secretary of State for Wales (1) if he will list the organisations consulted by his Department on the implementation of the EC directive on the freedom of access to information on the environment;
(2) if he will issue guidelines to local authorities in Wales defining in detail the new procedures to be 718W undertaken in connection with the implementation of the EC directive on freedom of access of information on the environment.
