§ Mr. SackvilleNo specific guidelines have been issued on the use of computerised patient records by practitioners. General practitioners are required by their terms and conditions of service to keep adequate patient records on forms supplied by family health service authorities. We will be reviewing the extent to which these terms of service should be amended to take account of new technology.
