§ Mr. DafisTo ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he will list the estates in Wales which have been granted relief from inheritance tax on condition that public access is allowed to the land in question in each year from 1984 to the present time.
§ Mr. DorrellThe heritage advisory agencies, including the Countryside Council for Wales, can supply information about public access to heritage land including conditionally exempt land. To protect taxpayers' confidentiality, the conditionally exempt land cannot be distinguished.
