§ Mr. Llew SmithTo ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer what plans Her Majesty's Government have to propose an amendment to the Maastricht treaty protocol on the statute of the European system of central banks and of the European central bank, chapter III, article 7, on the independence of the ECB, to ensure member state parliamentary oversight of the ECB decision-making bodies.
