To ask the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food what plans he has to incorporate his oral undertaking of 14 July,Official Report, column 1027, concerning the circumstances in which days at sea limitations will be proposed to Parliament, into the Sea Fish Conservation Bill.
