§ Mr. SackvilleTrusts are responsible for maintaining a record of the patients waiting for treatment by their units. 293W District health authorities have a responsibility to maintain a record of patients waiting at their directly managed units as well as a record of all their residents waiting for treatment, regardless of where they are waiting.
