§ Sir John CopeThe Office of the United Kingdom Permanent Representative to the European Community (UKREP) first wrote to the Commission on 23 April 1991. An interim reply was received from the Commission on 27 June 1991 and UKREP wrote again on 23 September. Customs are asking UKREP to remind the Commission that a substantive reply is still outstanding.
