§ Mr. StrawTo ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs when the entry clearance officer, Islamabad, will issue the entry clearance visa to Zafar Iqbal of Pakistan, fiance of Miss Nasreen Akthar Younis of Blackburn, following the refusal of the immigration appeal tribunal on 5 February to grant leave to the entry clearance officer to appeal against the adjudicator's determination to issue the visa; and if he will make a statement on the reasons for the delay in issuing the visa.
