§ Mr. SackvilleCommunity health councils (CHCs) will continue to carry out their role of representing the interests in the health service of the public in their districts. My hon. Friend the then Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State wrote to health authorities earlier this year to ensure that they were fully aware of what is expected from their relationship with CHCs.
