The United Kingdom has diplomatic relations with all the states listed except for Croatia and the Democratic People's Republic of Korea. The United Kingdom has resident ambassadors in Namibia, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. There is a chargé d'affaires in Ukraine pending the arrival of an ambassador next month. Her Majesty's ambassador in Moscow is accredited to Armenia, Kazakhstan and Georgia. His successor will, in addition, apply for accreditation to Azerbaijan, Belorussia, Moldavia, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan. Namibia, Lithuania and Slovenia have resident ambassadors in London. Estonia, Latvia and Armenia are represented by chargés d'affaires.
