§ Mr. Win GriffithsTo ask the Secretary of State for Wales how many contracts for minor building works have been agreed by the Welsh Development Agency in each of the last three years; and on how many occasions(a) the contractors have failed to complete works in the agreed time and (b) the Welsh Development Agency has failed to pay the contractors in the agreed time.
