§ Mr. JackThe Government are committed to improving remedies against squatting. A consultation paper setting out various options was published last October, requesting comments by 31 March. A wide variety of individuals and organisations responded.
These comments will be valuable in guiding work by ourselves and other Government Departments in determining how best to improve law in this area.
