§ Mr. Neil HamiltonIn the Guinness case, the inspectors have submitted an interim report. This has not been published because of the possibility of prejudice to the criminal proceedings. The inspectors will submit their final report following the conclusion of these proceedings. Consideration of publication of that report must await its receipt.
In the Blue Arrow case, publication of the report was deferred in the light of representations which were received. My right hon. Friend intends to publish the report as soon as he considers it appropriate to do so.
