To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment (1) what moneys are available to clean up Pitsea creek;

(2) what response he has made to the Environment Committee's report on dumping on Pitsea tip, seventh report of 1990–91, HC 263;

(3) what recent representations he has received; and what response he has made about dumping on Pitsea tip.
