§ Mr. KeyThe latest information concerning the percentage of people making community charge payments in 1991–92, and the collection rates to December 1991–92 for all authorities who have provided information, is listed in the departmental press release No. 164 which was placed in the Library on 27 February 1992.
Charging authorities have until 18 March to make their "Demands and Precepts Return" to the Department and until 1 April to set a 1992–93 community charge. The available community charge information is as follows.

(2) what is the proposed level of community charge in Basildon; and at what levels it or rates have been set in each of the last five years.
