§ Mr. MorleyTo ask the Secretary of State for the Environment what recommendations he has received from the chairman of the Joint Nature Conservation Committee relating to United Kingdom nature conservation and land use policies arising from the publication of the recent reports sponsored by the Joint Nature Conservation Committee on birds and pastoral agriculture in Europe; the conservation of lowland dry grassland birds in Europe; and breeding waders on wet grassland.
§ Mr. Baldry[holding answer 13 March 1992]: None. However, the studies and recommendations contained in the reports will make a valuable contribution to our consideration of countryside policies in the United Kingdom and Europe.
