§ Mr. Nicholas BennettIn April 1991, under the Department's scheme of support for child and family services, a grant was awarded to the Kids Clubs' Network for a new out of school care development project in Wales. The project development officer was appointed on 22 July 1991 and grant paid in 1991–92 amounts to £24,022. On 19 February 1992, I announced a grant award of £40,812 for this project in 1992–93.
